About Alex

I’m Alexandra — but everyone calls me Alex. I’ve been a personal trainer for over 10 years, helping people build strength and confidence without the burnout or the BS. I’ve got cellulite. I forget my tripod. I talk to my dog like she’s human ~ and I’ll never stop laughing when she tries to eat peanut butter.
Movement’s been part of my story since I was two — from ballet shoes to black belts, from the gym floor to group kickboxing and rowing studios. I’ve experienced every phase of “fitness,” from chasing looks to chasing longevity, freedom, and confidence.
Now, I coach individuals who want to build real strength — physically and mentally — and find a routine that supports their life instead of controlling it. Because strength isn’t just what you do in the gym; it’s how you show up everywhere else.
