About Alex

I’m Alexandra — but everyone calls me Alex. I’ve been a personal trainer for over 10 years, helping people build strength and confidence without the burnout or the BS. I’ve got cellulite. I forget my tripod. I talk to my dog like she’s human ~ and I’ll never stop laughing when she tries to eat peanut butter.
I love lifting, longboarding with my pup Evie, and camping along the coast or deep in the woods to reset and reconnect. I coach women who want to feel strong, capable, and confident ~ in and out of the gym. Because strength training should fit your real life. And showing up imperfectly still counts as showing up.
